At 7:00 PM Selectman Trova opened the Select Board’s meeting.

The Select Board had called this meeting to order with various department heads and our attorneys from Kopelman & Paige. Kopelman & Paige had distributed a hand out for the audience members that outlined the steps to making a sound decision and the discussion of land use law and procedures (See attached).

The Select Board voted unanimously to go into Executive Session at 8:25 pm.

The Select Board re-opened the regular meeting at 9:14 pm

Having no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:15 pm.
