Chairman Paul Trova, Bruce Marshall, Kathy Cormier.

Board & Public Attendees:
John Adams.

At 6:00 PM Selectman Trova opened the Select Board’s meeting.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Select Board Member Cormier made a motion to accept the prior Select Board meeting minutes. Selectman Marshall seconded. All were in favor.

The Select Board has met in public to review and approve correspondence and warrants presented to them.

Old Business:

The floor was open for discussion.

The Select Board had meet in public to review the Annual Town Meeting Warrant articles. Select Board Member Cormier motioned to accept the Annual Town Meeting Warrant articles as written. Selectman Marshall seconded, al were in favor. The Annual Town Meeting warrant was signed by the Select Board and posted accordingly.

The Select Board had reviewed the applications for the Transfer Station Attendant position. The Board interviewed applicant Bruce Stetson in the open meeting. Selectman Trova motioned to appoint Bruce Stetson as the new part-time Transfer Station Attendant. Select Board Member Cormier seconded, all were in favor.

The Select Board has not been able to reach Ken Boudreau with regards to the status of the Gravel Applications.

Selectman Marshall motioned to award the fire department brush truck bid to Fire Tech and Safety of New England for $123,847.00. Select Board Member Cormier seconded, all were in favor.

Having no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:24 PM.
